Rates:
March thru December — $300.00 per night. This rates includes 6%
hotel tax.
January thru Febuary — $225.00 per night.
$10.00 per person over six per night. Maximum of ten guests.
Three night minimum on holidays.
Two night minimum except in January and February.
With five day or more reservation, recieve a 20% discount beginning the
third night.
Check in 4:00pm. Check out 12:00 noon.
Deposit:
One night's rate. Your reservation will be confirmed when we receive your
deposit.
The balance will be due upon arrival.You are responsible for all dates
you have reserved.
Cash, check, money orders, Visa, Discover and Mastercard accepted.

Cancellations:
In the event you must cancel your reservation, please contact us as soon
as possible so we can rent to other guests.
30 days or more — 85% refund
within 30 days — forfeit deposit
If notified within 30 days, guest may reschedule within one year.

No high school or college age guests without parents
No pets
No smoking
No campfires except in fire pit
No fire works or firearms used on premises
